Positive: Location! The property is impressive. Has been on my bucket list for a while. Even though it's close to the freeway and in the city, it's quiet, and the view is amazing. We got back to the hotel late & dropped off at the lobby. It was a long walk while it was very dark & the front desk was able to have security give us a ride. That was very much appreciated.
Negative: I'm sure the hotel has seen better days. It needs some TLC and cosmetic upgrades. Some of the staff seemed disconnected on what spas/pools were in use. We were sent to a spa/hot tub near our room that was clearly closed and locked down. It's a hike to all spots of the resort. So that was not fun. Overall, itt was a nice stay, but would have liked to see pipes covered or camouflaged near the hot tub area.
